LinkedIn Writer is developed, maintained, and owned by Schonekker Innovations FZE LLC. The company is responsible for operating this website, maintaining its services, and managing the personal data processed directly by LinkedIn Writer.
Where LinkedIn Writer uses service providers to deliver requested features, Schonekker Innovations FZE LLC selects and manages those integrations and limits the information shared to what is needed for the relevant service.

With your consent, LinkedIn Writer uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and general interaction and performance data. This helps improve navigation, reliability, and product design.
Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Accept in the cookie preference banner. LinkedIn Writer disables Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in its Analytics configuration and does not send account names, email addresses, post content, prompts, resumes, or payment details as Analytics event data.
If you reject optional cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded. Analytics processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
LinkedIn Writer offers Google sign-in through Amazon Cognito. If you choose Google sign-in, the application requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes. These scopes allow the application to receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, and basic profile information made available through the sign-in response. LinkedIn Writer does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, photos, or other Google product content.
LinkedIn Writer does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to build advertising profiles. Google user data is not used for purposes unrelated to operating and securing the features described on this page.
Google sign-in is brokered by Amazon Cognito. Authentication tokens are stored in your browser's local storage and limited account/session information is stored in a browser cookie so that the application can keep you signed in. Your name, email address, and related LinkedIn Writer account records may also be stored in Amazon Web Services, including DynamoDB. Access is limited to the application and authorized operational or support needs.
Authentication tokens are used to maintain and verify your session. LinkedIn Writer does not publish or intentionally expose those tokens to other users. Signing out clears the application's authentication session and locally stored authentication tokens from that browser.
Google user data is shared only with infrastructure and service providers needed to authenticate users, host the application, maintain account records, secure the service, or complete an action you request. This includes Amazon Web Services and Amazon Cognito. The account email address may be used within LinkedIn Writer's backend records to attribute usage, credits, purchases, requests, and operational logs to the correct account.
LinkedIn Writer does not intentionally include your Google profile information or Google authentication tokens in prompts sent to Gemini or OpenAI. If you manually include personal information in an idea, instruction, post, uploaded content, or image-generation request, that submitted content may be processed by the selected AI provider as described below.
Google-derived account information is retained while your LinkedIn Writer account remains active and as needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Operational records may remain for a limited period after account deletion where required for those purposes.
You can revoke LinkedIn Writer's Google access from your Google Account third-party connections. Revocation prevents future Google sign-in access but does not automatically delete information already stored in your LinkedIn Writer account. To request deletion of Google-derived account data and other personal information held by LinkedIn Writer, use the contact form. After verifying the request, LinkedIn Writer will delete or anonymize eligible information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and financial-record retention requirements.
LinkedIn Writer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google's own processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
LinkedIn Writer uses OpenAI models for supported idea, post, comment, and image-generation features. When you explicitly select the Gemini image option, LinkedIn Writer uses Google's Gemini API for that image-generation request. The selected provider receives only the information needed to perform the requested generation.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information to an AI feature unless you have the right and a clear reason to do so. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is published or shared.
AI providers process submitted content to generate the text or image you request and to operate, secure, and monitor their services under their applicable terms. LinkedIn Writer may store prompts, request parameters, generated responses, generated images, provider status information, token or usage counts, costs, and error details in account records and operational logs. These records are used to deliver results, support saved drafts, calculate credits, troubleshoot failures, monitor abuse, and improve service reliability.
LinkedIn Writer does not sell submitted AI content or share it with third parties for advertising. Access to stored AI request and response records is limited to application operation, security, troubleshooting, support, and compliance needs. Retention follows the account, operational, security, and legal needs described on this page, and eligible records can be included in a verified deletion request.
Google's handling of data submitted to Gemini is governed by the applicable Gemini API Terms and Google Privacy Policy. OpenAI's handling of API data is governed by the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
When you connect LinkedIn, you authorize the application to access the LinkedIn information and permissions shown during the connection flow. LinkedIn Writer uses those permissions to publish or schedule posts, read supported posts and comments, and send replies only when you request those actions.
LinkedIn controls its platform data and authorization. You can remove a permitted service from LinkedIn at any time under Settings & Privacy, Data privacy, and Permitted Services. After removal, the integration can no longer access new LinkedIn data.
LinkedIn's own collection and processing remain governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy and its third-party applications data-use guidance.
LinkedIn Writer uses Zernio as the connection and publishing service between this application and LinkedIn. When you connect an account or request a LinkedIn action, the necessary account identifiers, authorization tokens, post content, images, scheduling details, and supported engagement data are processed by Zernio to perform that action.
Zernio states that it stores access tokens and basic profile information needed to schedule and publish posts, and processes API usage and request logs to operate its service. Its privacy policy describes security safeguards and rights to request access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion.
Zernio's processing is governed by the Zernio Privacy Policy and its Security Trust Center.
LinkedIn Writer uses Stripe to securely process credit-package purchases. When you make a payment, card details and other payment information are entered into Stripe's payment fields and sent directly to Stripe. LinkedIn Writer does not receive or store your full card number, card security code, or complete payment credentials.
Stripe processes the information needed to authorize the transaction, prevent fraud, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and provide payment support. This may include payment details, billing information, device and network information, and transaction identifiers.
LinkedIn Writer retains the purchase and payment-status records needed to add credits to your account, confirm successful transactions, handle support requests, and maintain financial records. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
LinkedIn Writer follows GDPR data-protection principles by limiting collection to what is needed, using data only for stated purposes, and protecting it with appropriate access controls. Where GDPR applies, you may request access to, correction of, restriction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
